Episode 23 (daily podcast CZECH YOUR DAY)

THIS WEEK’S TOPIC: TO GO IN CZECH + MEANS OF TRANSPORT

Finding Time for Czech: Simple Tips

Time Management: A Common Challenge

In today’s episode, I share strategies that have helped me several times over the past months. For instance, back in September 2024, I faced a packed schedule that left little room for studying Spanish. It was time for change.

Reducing Digital Distractions

The first step in reclaiming time was to assess my phone usage. I discovered that significant screen time was being lost to social media. The realization wasn’t pleasant, but it was necessary. I wanted to spend my time meaningfully, so I took action by redesigning my phone’s front page. I removed all tempting apps or relocated them to less convenient spots, leaving only the essential calendar and clock.

Apps to the Rescue

I incoporated two helpful apps into my routine: UNHOOK and ONE SEC.

I share more details about these two apps in the episode.

An Early Start to the Day

I also decided to wake up earlier to be able to work on the episodes for the podcast. Though it sounds extreme, it’s been a rewarding and fulfilling change.

Share Your Journey

I encourage you to apply these strategies and see how they fit into your life. Please, share your feedback or let me know if these tips inspire any changes in your routine.
