Czech Your Day Community
Turn the Czech you know into Czech you can actually use.
Practice. Guidance. Support. A reason to come back tomorrow.
Is the Czech Your Day Community for you?
You don't need to be at a certain level to start.
You may be starting completely from zero.
You may already know some Czech but struggle to use it.
Or you may already speak Czech quite well and want to become more confident, react more naturally and make Czech a real part of your everyday life.
Wherever you are on your Czech journey, the Czech Your Day Community helps you take the next step — and keep coming back.
Czech doesn't become active by itself.
You can watch videos, learn vocabulary and understand grammar — and still freeze when you need to speak.
Knowing Czech is only the beginning.
You need opportunities to experience it. Use it. Make mistakes. Try again. Come back.
That's what happens inside the Czech Your Day Community.
What happens inside the Community?
This isn't a library of materials you're supposed to somehow work through.
Czech Your Day gives you a place to experience Czech, practise it and keep using it — in a way that fits into your real life.
Learn through Czech in context
Stories, everyday situations, dialogues and listening help you meet Czech where it actually lives — in context.
Turn input into active Czech
You don't just watch or listen. You get opportunities to respond, speak, write, make decisions and actually use your Czech.
Get guidance and support
You're not left alone wondering what to practise or what to do when you get stuck. You can ask questions, get feedback and receive support.
Keep coming back
Regular activities, practice and the people around you give you a reason to come back to Czech again tomorrow.
What does this look like in real life?
Come in. There's always something to do with your Czech.
You might listen to a story, answer a Question of the Day, practise a dialogue, work with vocabulary in context or join a short lesson.
You don't have to do everything. You choose what you need — and keep moving forward.
Your level doesn't tell the whole story.
You can be A2 or B1 and still have gaps in something you first met at A1.
And those small gaps can keep getting in your way — even after years of learning Czech.
You can keep moving forward while going back to fill the gaps that are holding you back.
Because sometimes progress doesn't mean learning something new.
Sometimes it means finally making what you already learned work.
What do Community members say?
“The community is excellent and I really appreciate the many opportunities to practise.
It’s truly fantastic and I love your audio recordings, which I listen to whilst out running.”
Eva D. (Germany)
“It’s funny but there is an invisible force pushing me every day to practice Czech with the community.
I don’t know what is the magic but it works .”
Gaby E. (Uruguay)
What will you find inside?
A place to experience Czech every day
There is always a way to bring Czech into your day — even when you only have 15 minutes.
Stories, listening, dialogues, questions, vocabulary and grammar in context help you meet Czech again and again — and gradually make it yours.
Practice that turns input into something you can use
Listening and understanding are important. But at some point, Czech has to come out of you.
Questions, dialogues, speaking and writing activities give you opportunities to respond, make choices and produce Czech yourself.
Guidance when you need it
You don't have to figure everything out on your own.
Ask questions. Get feedback. Find out what is holding you back and what deserves your attention now.
A reason to come back tomorrow
15 minutes isn't the hard part. Coming back is.
The Community gives you regular opportunities to reconnect with Czech, practise and keep going — even on the days when motivation isn't there.
You don't need to do everything. You just need to keep coming back.
Choose what your Czech needs today
You don't have to follow one fixed path.
Maybe today you need to go back to the basics. Maybe you want to practise listening, pronunciation or grammar. Maybe you want to learn how Czechs actually speak in informal situations. Or maybe you simply need to answer one Question of the Day and use your Czech for five minutes.
Your Czech isn't the same as anyone else's. Your learning path doesn't have to be either.
What can you actually choose from?
Built around real learners — not a fixed curriculum
The Czech Your Day Community isn't a finished course that stays the same while you work your way through it.
It grows and develops with the people inside it.
New programmes, activities and practice are created in response to what Community members actually need — the gaps I see, the questions they ask and the Czech they struggle to use.
And everything I add follows the same Czech Your Day philosophy:
Experience Czech. Use it. Make mistakes. Come back. Keep moving forward.
Start where you are
Starting completely from zero?
From 0 to Hero helps you build the foundations of Czech step by step.
Preparing for the A2 exam?
Get Ready for Your A2 Exam helps you work specifically with the Czech you need for the exam.
Experience Czech in context
Learn through stories, dialogues, listening and everyday situations instead of isolated words and grammar rules.
Explore Stories & YouTube Videos and the Czech Your Day podcast — and use them as a starting point for further practice.
Fill the gaps — without going backwards
A story, dialogue or video may suddenly reveal something that's missing — even something you first learned years ago.
Maybe it's a word you recognise but never use. A grammar pattern that still doesn't feel natural. Or a small piece of Czech that keeps getting in your way.
You don't need to stop your progress and go back to “study A1” again.
Czech Word Lab and Grammar Playground are there as reference points. Go there when you need support, explore the language in context — and then take it back to the story, dialogue or situation where you found it.
Fill the gap. Then keep moving forward.
Hear it. Say it. Recognise it.
Czech doesn't always sound the way you expect it to.
With Sound Like a Czech, you work on your pronunciation — how Czech sounds are actually produced, how words are pronounced and how to say them more naturally.
And the better you understand how Czech is really pronounced, the easier it becomes to recognise those same words when you hear them.
How Czechs Really Say It then takes you one step further — to the words and expressions Czechs actually use at home, with friends and in other informal situations.
It's not about memorising another list. It's about understanding the Czech you hear around you — and gradually making it part of your own Czech.
Turn Czech into something you can use
Understanding is important. But Czech has to come out of you, too.
Answer the Question of the Day. React to a story. Practise a dialogue. Write something. Say something. Try.
You don't have to wait until your Czech is “good enough”.
Use the Czech you have. That's how it becomes active.
Get support when you need it
Sometimes you need more than another exercise. You need other people.
Ask a question. Share what you're struggling with. Get feedback.
At Let's meet together, you can meet other Community members online, share how things are going, find new motivation and ask what would make sense for you to focus on next.
It's also a chance to get to know the people you're learning alongside — and gradually turn a group of learners into a real community.
And sometimes, you need to find out whether the Czech you've been working with is really there when you need it.
That's what the 15-minute individual lessons with Renča are for. They aren't regular weekly lessons. They're short, personalised sessions where you can test what you've been working on, respond in real time and discover what already works — and what still needs your attention.
At the moment, individual lessons with me are available exclusively to Czech Your Day Community members.
Because understanding something is one thing. Being able to use it when someone is actually talking to you is another.
Built around the people who actually use it
Czech Your Day isn't a finished course that was created once and then left unchanged.
The programs, activities and materials inside the Community continue to grow and develop based on what members actually need.
When I see that something is holding people back, that a gap keeps appearing, or that members need a better way to practise something, that becomes part of how Czech Your Day develops.
The Community isn't built around an abstract idea of what a learner at a certain level should need.
It's built around real people learning real Czech — and what helps them keep moving forward.
Is Czech Your Day right for you?
Czech Your Day might be for you if...
- You want to start using the Czech you have — WHETHER THAT'S FIVE WORDS OR FIVE THOUSAND
- You're just starting with Czech and want to build useful foundations from the beginning
- You've been learning Czech for a while, but feel that what you know and WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE are two different things
- You understand quite a lot, but speaking and reacting in real time is much harder
- You have gaps in your Czech — even in things you feel you “should already know”
- You want to EXPERIENCE CZECH IN CONTEXT instead of learning isolated words and grammar rules
- You want Czech to become PART OF YOUR REAL LIFE, not just something you study
- You want support and guidance without being forced to follow exactly the same path as everyone else
- You know that consistency matters — and would like A REASON TO COME BACK TOMORROW
Ready to make Czech part of your day?
You don't need more Czech waiting in your notebook.
You need opportunities to meet it again, recognise it, use it, make mistakes with it — and come back to it tomorrow.
You don't need to do everything.
You don't need to be at a certain level.
And you definitely don't need to wait until your Czech is “good enough”.
Start with the Czech you have.
Whether that's five words or five thousand.
