Why a membership?
I wanted to come up with a program that would allow even busy people with irregular schedules to be able to work on their Czech regularly. That means once a week in a small group.
How does it work?
The membership always starts on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of that particular month. I will send you available days and times of the lessons for the following week. You will choose one lesson and book it. There will be 5 people max. in each lesson. Think it through before booking as it's not possible to change the time or day of the lesson once it's booked. It's also your own responsibility to take part in the lesson. If you miss the lesson, it will be forfeited.
What will you get?
By paying a monthly fee (799 Kč), you will get the chance to have 4 conversational on-line lessons (1 lesson per week). There will be up to 5 people in the group. You will also get an extra support (sets of vocabulary on Quizlet that will help you improve your Czech). Each lesson will be 45 minutes long.
Is it divided into levels?
Yes, there will be a special group for beginners and a group for advanced learners who are already able to talk in Czech. The club will open if there are at least 3 people in the group.
What do my conversational lessons look like?
I use my 20-year experience as a language tutor while preparing my lessons. I use different activities that make people talk. Conversational lessons are created to activate spoken Czech as much as possible. I use different pictures, games and other activities to make people talk - in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.
Who is Renča?
Renča is a tutor of Czech for foreigners and English who has been teaching languages for more than 20 years. She considers herself to be a guide - a guide through the dense jungle that is called Czech.
You can see her on social media - especially Instagram (czech_me_with_renca) - where she helps almost 2000 followers thanks to her regular posts and entertaining reels. In her opinion, humour is a key element in the learning process 😉
Renča is an author of e-books, multiple courses, study materials, games and different articles that you can find on her blog.
Renča has a degree from English and Russian. Yes, she doesn't have a degree from Czech - which she considers to be a huge advantage as it gives her the chance not to look at Czech from a different point of view.
First of all I would like to appreciate Renča for the course she provided in September/October. The atmosphere is friendly and if you like you can make it full of fun. The topics are shared beforehand. Study materials are nice and well managed. I would recommend it everyone who wants to learn Czech. Try it.
